Anthony Leo

Anthony Leo has a diverse work experience in customer success and management roles. Anthony is currently working as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Sign In Enterprise. Prior to this, they worked at Hootsuite as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed both scale and SMB customers. Before that, Anthony worked at Bench Accounting as an Expert Client Care Specialist and later as a SaaS Client Care and Financial Churn Save Specialist. Additionally, they have experience as a Digital Content Curator & Marketing Manager and Store Manager at The Run Inn.

Anthony Leo has a Certificate in Business/Commerce, General from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Anthony also holds a Bachelor's Degree in FCAT BA with a Double Minor in Communications and Publishing from Simon Fraser University. In terms of additional certifications, Anthony obtained a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite Academy in July 2020. Anthony also completed Advanced Social Media Strategy Training and Certification from Hootsuite in January 2020. In addition, they obtained a Hootsuite Platform Certification in 2018 from Hootsuite Academy. Recently, in August 2021, Anthony became a Traction Guest Certified Administrator after completing the certification program offered by Traction Guest.
