Justin Gardner

Justin Gardner has a strong work experience in the insurance industry. Justin began their career at Gen Re in 1991, where they held the position of Senior Vice President for over two decades, until 2013. Justin then joined Willis Re as an Executive Vice President from 2013 to 2017. Currently, Justin is the President and CEO of Signal Mutual, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the EVP and Chief Underwriting Officer at Signal Mutual from 2017 to 2021.

Justin Gardner attended Dartmouth College from 1987 to 1991 where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Following this, they pursued further education at the London Business School from 1996 to 1998, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree with a specialization in Finance.
