Kraig Breaux has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Kraig started their career at The Hartford Insurance Company in 1987 as an Outside Claim Representative, and later worked as a Senior Claims Representative-Resident Adjuster and a Team Leader. Kraig then joined Abercrombie, Simmons & Gillette, Inc. in 1998 where they served as Vice President, managing Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation claims and overseeing the hiring and training of adjusters. In 2014, Kraig joined Signal Administration as an Assistant Vice President Claims.

Kraig Breaux completed their undergraduate education from 1981 to 1986 at Louisiana State University, where they studied Risk and Insurance under the field of Business Administration.
