Mike Makin

Mike Makin is a highly experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Manager with a career spanning two decades in the claims industry. Currently at Signal Mutual since May 2013, Mike previously held positions at Gallagher Bassett, Intercare Holdings Insurance Services, Sedgwick, and AIG, where Mike developed expertise in managing complex claims and improving client relationships, particularly with UPS. Mike consistently achieved exceptional closure ratios, received outstanding performance evaluations, and excelled in training and mentoring new adjusters. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Cal State Fullerton.
