Jiyin He

Jiyin Jiyin is a Principal Data Scientist at Signal AI since April 2018, having previously held the position of Senior Data Scientist there. Prior experiences include a role as a Researcher (VENI fellow) at Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica, specializing in information retrieval and search evaluation. Jiyin has also contributed as a Visiting Researcher at University College London, focusing on interactive information retrieval and user search behavior. Additional research includes a guest researcher position at Koninklijke Bibliotheek and a post-doctoral role at Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica, where work involved algorithms for search result diversification and crowdsourcing methods. Jiyin completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam and holds a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence from KU Leuven, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University.
