Ian Beacraft is the CEO of Signal and Cipher, an innovation and design agency focusing on the impact of AI on the future of work. Ian is also an International Keynote Speaker, addressing the intersection of culture and technology. Ian has served in various roles such as AI Correspondent, Interim Fractional CMO, Head of Brand + Futurist in Residence, and Co-Founder of Cocktails For Hope. Additionally, Ian has advised on NFT marketing and operations and co-hosted XR Founders to shape the future of XR. Ian's background includes positions at Hawkeye and Epsilon, where Ian focused on digital strategy and innovation. Ian holds a B.S. in Management from DePaul University.
