Bess Davis

Bess Davis is a Talent Development Specialist and Human Resources Generalist at Signal Energy since June 2019, overseeing HR functions for two renewable energy project sites and contributing to strategic HR planning, policy expansion, onboarding, and leadership development. Prior experience includes serving as the Talent Engagement Coordinator, where Bess designed and managed an onboarding program for over 300 employees, along with overseeing drug and alcohol screenings. Bess also held the position of Director of First Impressions at Keller Williams Greater Downtown Realty, managing office operations and staff training for over 300 agents, and served as Assistant to the Director of Operations at RWM Technologies, LLC, where team leaders were managed and operational efficiency was facilitated. Bess holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has a high school diploma from Girls Preparatory School.
