Steven Meidinger

Steven Meidinger is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Preconstruction Solutions at Signal Energy since October 2021. Previously, Meidinger held several roles at Signal Energy, including Vice President Engineering and Estimating, Vice President of Estimating, and Director of Estimating. Prior to this, Meidinger was with Mortenson from July 2016 to October 2021, where roles included Estimating Manager and Senior Estimator. Earlier experience includes positions at Kiewit as Lead Estimator and Electrical Estimator, as well as an Estimator role at Estimates On Center. Meidinger began a career in construction with an internship at TIC The Industrial Company, where contributions included preparing change orders and managing project schedules. Meidinger holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from North Dakota State College of Science and a degree from Minnesota State Moorhead.
