Ruth Eaton-Martinez has served as the Administrative Services Coordinator at Signal Financial Federal Credit Union since July 2017. Prior to this role, Ruth held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Miami from 2006 to 2010. Established in 1947, Signal now operates seven full-service branch offices in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Membership is open to select employer groups in the area, as well as individuals who live, work, worship or attend school in Washington, DC and areas of Prince Georges County, Maryland, inside the beltway. Individuals may also join the credit union through our affiliation with several associations, including the Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA).
