Clara Scharffetter

Clara Scharffetter currently serves as a Strategic Transformation Manager at SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe since November 2023. Prior to this role, Clara worked as a Consultant in Human Capital and HR Transformation at Deloitte from October 2022 to November 2023. Clara's experience also includes serving as a Senior Customer Success Associate and previously as a Junior Customer Success Manager at Leapsome between February 2021 and October 2022. From September 2017 to December 2020, Clara was employed as a Kinder- & jugendpsychiatrische Pflegekraft at Evangelisches Krankenhaus Alsterdorf. Educationally, Clara holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from MSH Medical School Hamburg, completed between 2018 and 2020, and a degree from Hochschule Fresenius obtained from 2014 to 2018.
