Justin Couch

Justin Couch is an experienced operations and purchasing manager with a strong background in heavy steel plate fabrication and machining at Signal Metal Industries, Inc. since October 2014. Previously, Justin held the role of purchasing manager at The Vince Hagan Company and served as corporate purchasing manager at ATI Enterprises, Inc., where Justin implemented and managed a comprehensive purchasing program across multiple campuses.
