Jeffrey Starke II

Jeffrey Starke II is an experienced Android Software Engineer with a robust background in mobile application development. Currently serving as an Android Software Engineer at Signal Messenger since February 2025, Jeffrey previously held various positions at One Drop, Informed Data Systems Inc. from July 2016 to November 2023, including Principal Android Software Engineer, Staff Android Software Engineer, and Senior Android Software Engineer.
