Jian-Bin Chen (JAMES)

Jian-Bin (James) Chen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Architect at Signal 1 since February 2023, Jian-Bin plays a key role in developing a SaaS AI platform for digital health transformation. Prior roles include Cloud Architect and lead cloud engineer at TD, where Jian-Bin implemented Azure cloud services and built CI/CD pipelines for large-scale AI projects. Experience at Layer 6 AI involved creating a best-in-class machine learning platform. Jian-Bin's background includes positions at HCL Technologies, lululemon athletica, IBM, MFX Fairfax, Metavante, and Derivion Corp, showcasing a diverse skill set in middleware infrastructure, system engineering, and software development.
