Tawni L. Nazario-Cranz is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational leadership with a history of serving in senior roles across various prominent companies. Currently, Tawni is an Operating Partner at SignalFire, focusing on addressing entrepreneurial challenges, and has previously held board and advisory positions at Arrival and various Silicon Valley VC firms. Notably, Tawni served as Chief People Officer at Waymo and Cruise, where strategic talent management was key to scaling operations in driverless technology. At Netflix, Tawni advanced to Chief Talent Officer after progressively responsible HR roles, directly supporting senior leadership with business strategy. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at Bausch & Lomb, FedExKinko's, and Work Incorporated, along with initial operational management at Circuit City.
