Corinna Erken has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Corinna currently serves as the Head of Signals (Co-Lead) at Signals, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Innovation and Startup Partnerships Manager, and later as the Innovation and Startup Partnerships Manager at Signals. Corinna began their career at Signals as a Junior Innovation Manager.

Before joining Signals, Corinna worked as a Visiting Analyst at Axel Springer Plug and Play Accelerator, where they supported deal flow and screening activities for the accelerator. Corinna also conducted research and worked with startups to prepare them for Demoday.

Earlier in their career, Corinna was a part of the Human Resources team at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, focusing on employer branding strategies. Corinna also worked as a Student Consultant at Berufsbildende Schule für Ernährung, Hauswirtschaft und Sozialpflege Trier, and as a Brand Management intern at Bitburger Braugruppe GmbH.

Additionally, they have experience in change management at RWE AG, supporting team and management trainings, employee surveys, and assessment centers. Corinna also worked as a research intern at the University of Trier and briefly took on a diagnostics role at Grundschulverband Oberaußem-Glesch.
