Michelle Horton

Michelle Horton has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Michelle is currently the Senior Director of Global Technical Delivery at Signant Health. Prior to this, they worked at RealPage, Inc. where they held roles such as the Sr. Director Release and DevOps Platform, Sr. Director Product Engineering - Business Agility Leader, and Sr. Director of Quality Assurance. Michelle also worked at Veritix as a Quality Assurance Leader and at Intuit where they held positions as Sr. Quality Assurance Manager within the Accountants Professional Division, Quality Assurance Manager, and QA Software Engineer. Michelle also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tax & Accounting Software Corp. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated their expertise in leading teams, implementing strategies, and driving process improvements.

Michelle Horton earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Systems and Accounting from The University of Tulsa, from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from The University of Tulsa, from 1994 to 1998. In December 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc.
