Richard Trench

Richard Trench has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Coach Assistant and Maintenance worker at the University of South Carolina Salkehatchie. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Representative at Calvin's Hardware and Construction, where they promoted sales and provided customer service. In the same year, they also served as an Athletic Event Staff member at the University of Tampa.

In 2018, Richard held multiple positions. Richard began as a Facility and Event Operations Assistant Intern, handling game preparation and supervising staff at the University of Tampa Athletics. Richard then worked on the NCAA DII Women's Lacrosse Championship, assisting with planning, setup, and safety monitoring of the championship venue. Later that year, they joined Signature Lacrosse as the Director of Operations.

Richard Trench attended the University of South Carolina-Salkehatchie from 2014 to 2016 where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Sports Management. Richard then furthered their education at the University of Tampa from 2016 to 2018, focusing on Sports Management without obtaining a specific degree.
