Dave Harran

Dave Harran possesses extensive experience in operations management and public services, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Structure at Signature Automation since September 2024. Previously, Dave held positions at EMA, Inc. as Director of Operations and Principal Consultant from December 2019 to September 2024. Harran also contributed to the City of Grand Rapids from September 2014 to December 2019, taking on roles such as Water System Manager and Manager of Public Services. Prior to that, Harran was the Director of Public Services for the City of Bay City, Michigan, and Manager of Public Utilities for the City of Auburn Hills from June 1999 to September 2012. Harran earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
