Dawn Dortch

Dawn Dortch serves as the Senior Director of HR for North America at Signature Aviation since July 2020, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies, providing support to FBO locations across the United States, and fostering a diverse workplace. Previously, Dawn held various HR roles at PulteGroup from May 1999 to April 2019, including Director of Diversity & Inclusion, focusing on embedding diversity metrics and partnering with leaders to attract and retain diverse talent. Additional experience includes positions in instructional design, human resources management, and operations management at Brinker International. Dawn holds both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University.
