Previously, Annie held the position of Facility Manager at St Basil’s Aged Care Victoria from December 2020 to March 2022 and worked as Clinical Governance and Risk Manager ANZ at Bupa from September 2019 to December 2020, overseeing clinical governance across various health services in Australia and New Zealand. Annie's extensive experience also includes roles such as Director of Perioperative Services and Director of Quality and Risk at Mulgrave Private Hospital, as well as Director of Nursing at Craigie Day Surgery. With positions held in several healthcare organizations including Bethesda Health Care and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Annie brings a strong background in quality, risk management, and clinical leadership, supported by a Bachelor of Health Science from Edith Cowan University.
