Carl Guthrie

Carl Guthrie serves as the Managing Director of Recruiting at Signature Dental Partners since September 2021, overseeing the entire recruiting operation with a focus on dentist recruitment. Previously, Carl Guthrie held the position of Regional Director of Recruiting at ETS Dental from July 2007 to August 2021, where responsibilities included recruiting general dentists across the Southwestern U.S. and supporting multiple western states. Carl Guthrie's earlier experience includes serving as a District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America, where duties encompassed fundraising, membership and volunteer recruitment, and program development. Carl Guthrie graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Legal Studies.
