Beth James has extensive experience in the flooring and carpet design industry, currently serving as the Custom Design and Product Development Director at Signature Flooring since September 2019. Prior roles include Director of Custom Design at Mohawk Industries, and Design Director for the hospitality division 1956 by Tai Ping Carpets, where management of the US Design Team focused on custom projects. Early career achievements include positions at Shaw Industries as a Designer, creating various carpet designs, and as Hand Tufted Project Manager at Glen Eden Wool Carpet, overseeing projects from initiation to delivery.
