Tonder Gentry currently serves as the Technical & Field Services Manager at Signature Flooring since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from a 22-year tenure at Shaw Industries in Field Technical Services, where Tonder collaborated with end users and installers on high-profile hospitality projects. Prior to that role, Tonder operated Gentry Installations as a Flooring Installer from October 1994 to January 2001, transitioning from residential installations to commercial and hospitality projects, showcasing a strong preference for large-scale job preparation and execution.
