Rajat Kathuria

Mr. Rajat Kathuria, is a Chartered Accountant by Profession & a B.Com (Hons.) graduate from Delhi University. He has a rich experience of more than 17 Years in the fields of Investment Banking practices, private equity and M&A transactions across varied sectors - Real Estate, Consumer Products, Infrastructure, Healthcare and Metals & Mining.

He started his career with EY - The Big Four Companies in the World, where he was responsible for End to end deal i.e. starting from deal sourcing, preparation of transaction collateral, presenting the opportunity to investors, negotiating documents, and achieving transaction closure.

Prior to joining Signature Global, he worked at KPMG, where he set up the investment banking practice for Real Estate & Hospitality sectors in North India for the firm. Worked on private equity and structured finance transactions of more than $300 million during the stint with the firm.

As a CEO of Signature Global Group, he is overseeing business operations, formulating growth strategies for the company, fundraising, undertaking new acquisitions, and transforming business operations for better technology adoption.
