Pete Pellegrino

Pete Pellegrino serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Signature Graphics, Inc. since August 2025, bringing extensive financial and operational experience from previous roles. At MidAmerica Pharmaceuticals, from March 2023 to August 2025, Pete held dual positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all aspects of finance, risk management, and organizational operations. Prior to that, as Chief Financial Officer at Chicago International Charter School from May 2022 to March 2023, responsibilities included financial management and student recruitment. Pete's career began at JS Paluch, where as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Operating Officer from December 1994 to May 2022, significant growth was achieved from $35 million to $80 million in revenue, managing a diverse team across multiple disciplines. Pete holds an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Notre Dame.
