Lori Polca

Lori Polca's work experience includes a role as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Credentialing, and HRIS at Signature Health, Inc. where they are responsible for assessing and designing infrastructure improvements, managing a team, and working cross-functionally on projects. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition at The MetroHealth System, where they focused on infrastructure improvements and project management. Lori also has experience as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Eaton, where they implemented recruiting strategies and designed infrastructure improvements. Additionally, they worked as a Staffing Specialist at Olsten Financial Staffing and as a Student Mentor at College Now Greater Cleveland.

Lori Polca obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University between the years 1989 to 1994.
