Ann Wood

Ann Wood currently serves as Senior Associate Counsel of Transactions at Signature HealthCARE, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ann worked as a Project Manager at CDC Creditors LLC, managing the liquidation of high-end culinary equipment. Ann's legal experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Frost Brown Todd, where successful handling of over fifteen equity financing transactions occurred. Early career roles included positions as a Summer Associate and Summer Intern, focusing on legal research and representation in hearings. Ann holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient Roman History from the University of Chicago.
