The goal was to use available resources to engineer the most disruptive and interprofessional health delivery system that energizes the team members, creates much needed savings and efficiencies, while enhancing care outcomes.

As President of SHC Medical Partners, Arif was responsible for expanding the team of passionate medical practitioners for post-acute and long-term care settings. Arif also oversaw the effective utilization of IT-based solutions to maximize efficiency and quality of care across settings. In their role as Chief Medical Officer of CareAscend, LLC., Arif was responsible for overseeing the operations and financial health of the company.
