Autumn Placek

Autumn Placek has a diverse work experience in healthcare. Autumn is currently employed as a Registered Nurse at Aveanna Healthcare. Prior to this, they worked at Quality Home Health as an RN. Autumn also held the position of Director of Nursing and RN Supervisor at Signature Healthcare. Additionally, they worked as an RN Case Manager at NHC Healthcare, Cookeville, and as a Crisis RN at Unity Hospice (WI). Autumn Placek has also worked as a private duty nurse and as a PRN home health nurse. Autumn began their nursing career at Fox River Care Center as an RN.

Autumn Placek completed their education with an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Rasmussen University between 2012 and 2014. Autumn then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, they attended Bellin College from 2002 to 2004 and attained a nursing degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Autumn Placek also obtained a Respiratory Care Specialist certification from the State of Wisconsin in August 2015.
