Israel Ray Cnha

Israel Ray CNHA, M.H.A., FACHCA serves as the National Treasurer for the American College of Healthcare Administrators (ACHCA) from April 2025 to April 2026 and has been the elected National District Director for KY, IN, OH, MI, and WV from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Israel is the CEO/Administrator at Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown and also holds the position of Regional Director of Special Projects at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as the Administrator for a skilled community living center for veterans with the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as various leadership roles in the KY Chapter of ACHCA, Christian Care Communities, and Masonic Homes of Kentucky, Inc. Israel holds a Master's in Health Care Administration from the University of Kentucky and multiple degrees from Berea College in Biology. In addition to professional obligations, Israel contributed to the Rotary Club of Hopkinsville and served as Chairman of Deacons for First Baptist Church of Hopkinsville.
