Mark Minteer

Mark Minteer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark started their career at Bank of America in 2001, where they worked as a Supervisor for the Account Boarding department and later as an Operations Team Manager for Relationship Support. Mark then joined Bank of America Merchant Services in 2005, where they held the roles of Sales Performance Analyst/Business Support Lead and Compensation and Sales Performance Manager, responsible for incentive design, revenue reporting, and ensuring adherence to business requirements. In 2018, they transitioned to Signature HealthCARE, serving as a Workforce and PBJ Analyst before becoming the HRIS and Workforce Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Workforce Management at Signature HealthCARE. Throughout their career, Mark Minteer has demonstrated strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to process improvement.

Mark Minteer attended Indiana University Southeast from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a BA degree in Human Resources and Business Management.
