Currently serving as a Revenue Cycle Customer Service Representative at Signature Healthcare in Brockton, Massachusetts since 2013, Nakouzi has held previous positions at US Laboratory/Mobilex as a Client Service Representative and at Caritas Medical Laboratories as a Customer Service and Patient's Account Biller. Additional experience includes an externship as a Certified Medical Assistant at Miray Medical, where essential clinical and administrative duties were performed. Prior to healthcare roles, Nakouzi worked in accounts payable and customer service in various capacities, including positions at Lycos, Inc., Quest Diagnostics, CVS Pharmacy, and Ann & Hope.
