Carrie Carpenter

Carrie Carpenter is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Director of Content & Partnership Development at Signature Leaders since February 2022. With a background at Anthem, Inc. spanning from 2004 to 2019, Carrie held various roles including Sales Learning Manager and Senior Business Improvement Consultant, where responsibilities included managing sales training initiatives and improving sales force effectiveness. A prior role as Learning and Development Professional on sabbatical (2019-2022) preceded this position. Carrie also gained experience at Allstate as a New Agency Process Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Morehead State University and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
