Rob Seymour

Rob Seymour is currently the COO at Signature Leaders. Prior to that, they spent six years at Accenture in management consulting. There, they delivered value to clients through strategic, operational, and process improvements and built great teams with a strong track record of delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Rob also implemented large scale platform transformation for regional healthcare payer and performed a variety of roles across change management, analysis, and project management.

Seymour has a history of successfully navigating difficult conversations to convince clients to implement the changes they require to succeed. Rob is also known for their ability to generate ideas and recommendations for operating model and process improvement opportunities.

Seymour earned their degree in business administration from the University of Maryland. Rob is a certified project management professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Rob Seymour earned their BS in Economics/Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and their High School Diploma from Marist School.
