Jenny Humphries

Jenny Humphries, CAM, has over a decade of experience in property management, currently serving as Regional Manager at Signature Management Corp since January 2020, after previously holding roles as Multi-Site Senior Property Manager and Community Manager at The Pearl at Marina Shores. Prior to this, Jenny was a Community Manager at The Franklin Johnston Group from January 2014 to January 2020, overseeing properties including The Summer House Apartments, River House Apartments, and Meadowood Apartments, where an earlier role as Assistant Community Manager was also held. Previous experience includes serving as Leasing Manager at The Bozzuto Group for Monroe Street Apartments, along with roles at Chatsworth Park Apartments and as a Sales Associate at Gold Key Resorts. Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Virginia Tech, obtained in May 2011.
