Amber Schmit

Amber Schmit, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Operations at Signature Performance, Inc., a position held since August 2019, with a progression through various roles within the company. Additionally, Amber has been the Owner and Event Coordinator of Golden Pineapple Events since July 2019. Previous experience includes roles at PromiseShip, where responsibilities ranged from Utilization Management Specialist to Program Support Worker, from January 2014 to December 2019, and as House Manager at Mosaic from October 2010 to March 2015. Amber completed studies at Bellevue University between 2015 and 2017.
