Bukra Zeqiri

Bukra Zeqiri currently serves as the Director of AI Innovation and Strategy at Signature Performance, Inc., a role held since September 2025. Prior to this position, Bukra accumulated significant experience at Guidehouse from May 2018 to September 2025, where roles included Director and Associate Director. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at PwC from June 2016 to May 2018, and as a Senior Operations Manager at Palladium: Make It Possible from April 2012 to May 2016. Bukra began a career in operations as an Operations Analyst at Sibley International LLC from January 2010 to March 2012 and worked as a Consultant at AECOM from September 2008 to December 2009. Bukra Zeqiri holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Economics from Texas Lutheran University, along with a specialized Bachelor of Arts in Economic Policy from American University.
