Rick Pane

Rick Pane has extensive experience as a financial executive, with positions such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) at various organizations. Rick currently holds the position of CFO at Signature Performance, Inc. since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Think Whole Person Healthcare as the COO/CFO from 2015 to 2020, where they played a key role in driving significant revenue growth through recruitment and marketing strategies. Before that, they held the role of EVP, CFO & Treasurer at World Marketing, Inc. for over 23 years, where they led various financial initiatives and spearheaded mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Rick served as EVP, CFO & Treasurer at World Companies, Inc. from 2000 to 2003.

Rick Pane has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a field of study in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Rick also has pursued an MBA with a field of study in Health Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
