Serena Juma

Serena Juma is an experienced product developer and animal behavior expert with a strong focus on pet products. Currently serving as Product Developer II at Signature Products Group since March 2024, Serena leads the commercialization of pet apparel, molded toys, and accessories while ensuring alignment with consumer expectations and brand identity. Prior to this, Serena was a Product Development Manager at Thrasio, where over 50 new product launches in pet care strengthened the company’s portfolio. At Nestlé Purina North America, Serena contributed as an Animal Behavioral Data Analyst and Feline Applied Animal Behaviorist, enhancing pet health analytics and employee training programs. Additionally, Serena founded Feral Kreative, managing various business operations and customer relations. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
