Annie Bushman, CRS®️, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Broker Sales Associate at Signature Real Estate Group since March 2015, Annie previously worked as a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager at Gold Club Homes from January 2009 to December 2014. Annie possesses deep knowledge of client contracts and property accounting, manages and audits landlord and tenant files for legal compliance, and lists homes in the MLS while maintaining up-to-date move-in/move-out and inspection statuses. In addition to managing team members, Annie is responsible for training, developing, and implementing operational procedures and policies. Annie's educational background includes attaining the Risk Reduction Graduate (RRG) designation from GLVAR, the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM, and various credentials from Las Vegas REALTORS®.
