Thomas Blanchard

Thomas Blanchard is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Managing Broker at Signature Real Estate Group since November 2020, Thomas previously held significant leadership positions, including President of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® in 2020, supporting approximately 15,000 members. Prior to this, Thomas was the Sales Director at Renters Warehouse and the Managing Broker at Orange Realty Group. In earlier years, Thomas founded and operated 1st Realty Group and held various positions at multiple real estate firms. Additionally, Thomas has a background in emergency services as a paramedic in both Las Vegas and Los Angeles County. Education includes an Associate of Science degree in Fire Science from Mt. San Antonio College and completion of a Police Academy program at Rio Hondo College.
