Trent Hendrixson

Trent Hendrixson has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of companies and roles. Trent currently works as the Director of Operations at Signature Solar. Prior to this, they held the same role at Focus Staff, where they successfully managed a team of 13 domestic and 9 offshore members, achieving a significant improvement in the on-time start metric. Before that, they served as the Sr. Manager II Operations at Sally Beauty, overseeing the start-up of a new facility and implementation of automated processes. Trent also worked at Walmart eCommerce as the Sr. Manager eCommerce, leading a team and achieving improvements in carrier package induction performance. Trent was previously the Sr. Manager Business Optimization at McKesson, where they implemented process improvement initiatives resulting in additional revenue. Trent started their career at PepsiCo, where they held the positions of Operations Manager and Project Manager. Trent managed a large team, supported sales drivers, and optimized warehouse layout for efficiency. Prior to PepsiCo, Trent worked as the Sr. Network Optimization Analyst at Lennox International, where they played a key role in restructuring the transportation network and conducting financial and network data analysis. Overall, Trent has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills throughout their career.

Trent Hendrixson has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree in Strategic Marketing and Change Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Portfolio Design from Southern Methodist University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Management & Strategy Institute in April 2022, Business Ethics certification from LinkedIn in December 2019, and Supply Chain Foundations certification, also from LinkedIn, in December 2019.
