Joe Lipham has extensive experience in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on training and human resources. Currently serving as a Training Account Manager at Signature Worldwide since January 2003, Joe oversees training for 85 clients and collaborates with staff to enhance hospitality and sales skills. Previously, as a Team Leader at Signature Worldwide, Joe directed a team of six Training Managers managing over 500 clients.
