Joe Lipham

Joe Lipham has extensive experience in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on training and human resources. Currently serving as a Training Account Manager at Signature Worldwide since January 2003, Joe oversees training for 85 clients and collaborates with staff to enhance hospitality and sales skills. Previously, as a Team Leader at Signature Worldwide, Joe directed a team of six Training Managers managing over 500 clients. Joe also held the position of Human Resources Director at Sheraton Nashville Downtown and Marriott International, where responsibilities included management training and leadership development. Joe's career began as Human Resources Director at Chateau Elan, a winery and resort. Joe holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of West Georgia.
