Nishit Khanchandani has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting from 2018, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Navicarna Private Limited, where they successfully approached businesses in the automotive servicing segment and built a network of clients for the company's online platform. In 2019, they joined Pepperfry as a Studio Manager, responsible for the smooth functioning of the flagship studio in Pune, maintaining customer service levels, and driving studio numbers through partner relationships. Nishit then moved on to ICICI Bank in 2020, working as a Deputy Manager and focusing on maintaining service levels with clients, generating revenue, and advising clients on the right set of products. Nishit Khanchandani completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Bunt's Sangha's S.M. Shetty High School in 2009. Nishit then pursued higher education in Economics at JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC). In 2011, Nishit enrolled in R. D. National College and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Subsequently, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Welingkar Institute of Management from 2017 to 2019.
