Sachin M R began their work experience in October 2018 at AVTAR Career Creators as a Junior Consultant-Talent Acquisition. Sachin then joined SignDesk in March 2019 as an HR Executive, where they were involved in digitizing and automating documentation processes. Sachin eventually progressed to the role of Senior Executive Human Resources at SignDesk in July 2022.

Sachin M R completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in HR & Marketing from Adhichunchanagiri Institute Of Technology. Sachin attended the institute from 2015 to 2017.
