Pauline Oger

Pauline Oger is a PhD student and designer at Signes de sens since December 2020, focusing on the co-design of inclusive transitions related to disability through participative design tools and methodologies. Oger's experience includes roles such as Research Designer and Design Research Assistant at L'École de design Nantes Atlantique, contributing to innovative public action and meta tool development for standardizing co-design tools in public policy. Additional projects involve social innovation design for women's workshops in Delhi, volunteering in health and social design for autistic children, and various design roles in social and health innovation. Oger holds a Master's degree in Design with a specialization in Health and Social Innovation and a Bachelor's in Industrial and Product Design, with ongoing doctoral studies at CY Cergy Paris Université.
