Rich Ahern

Rich Ahern has extensive work experience in the field of service operations and management. Rich most recently served as the Director of Service Operations at SIGNET Electronic Systems, Inc, starting in May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the General Services Manager at the same company, from October 2019 to May 2020. Before joining SIGNET, they held the position of Director of Operations at BBS Tech from April 2019 to October 2019. Rich also served as the Field Service Manager at BBS Tech from May 2018 to October 2019. Prior to BBS Tech, they worked at LAN-TEL Communications, Inc. as the Director of Service from February 2016 to May 2018. Before that, they worked as the Service Manager at SIGNET Electronic Systems, Inc. from January 2012 to February 2016. Rich also has experience as a Senior Account Manager at Communication Technology Systems from February 2011 to January 2012. Rich'searlier work experience includes serving as the Senior Supervisor of Field Operations at Granite Telecommunications from September 2006 to January 2011, where they supervised field operations representatives, managed nationwide rollout projects, and analyzed cost vs. profit of vendors.

Rich Ahern graduated from Boston College High School in 1997 with a High School Diploma. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at UMass Boston and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in American Studies from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Rich Ahern also obtained several certifications in different fields. In March 2016, they received a certification in DVTEL Latitude NVMS from DVTEL, which is now FLIR. Furthermore, in February 2012, they obtained certifications in Construction Safety and Health from OSHA and Security Systems - Certification of Clearance from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
