Tracy Wilson

Tracy Wilson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2012, they worked as a Regional VP of Clinical Services at Sunrise Healthcare Management and as a Consultant at UHS. Later that year, they served as Interim Management at Horizon Behavioral Health and as CNO Interim at Geo Care and CHS. From 2015 to 2018, Tracy held the position of Service Line Director/Executive Director at Available for Interim Assignments. In 2018, they became the CNE at Alliance for South Sound Health and also took on the role of Chief Nurse Executive - Interim. Tracy then worked as Interim Leadership at BESmith in 2019 before assuming the role of Interim leadership in behavioral health at the State of NC JFK ADATC. From 2020 to 2022, they were the Director of Nursing Behavioral Health - greater Charlotte market at Novant Health. Currently, Tracy is serving as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Signet Health.

Tracy Wilson's education history is as follows. From 1980 to 1985, they attended Louisiana State University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. After that, they attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a specialization in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Following their undergraduate studies, Tracy pursued further education at California College of Health Science from 1995 to 1997, earning a Master's degree in Community Health Administration and Wellness Promotion. Later, from 1998 to 2003, Tracy attended Westbrook University and obtained a Doctorate of Science in Nursing Science. Notably, they also pursued the same doctoral degree at Westbrook University during that period.
