Frank Dwyer

Frank Dwyer currently serves as Senior Director of Supply Chain at Signet Jewelers, where responsibilities include leading Production Management, Inventory Management, and Engineering teams to optimize the operations of the primary Signet Distribution Center. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Frank has held multiple leadership roles at Signet, such as Director of Distribution Strategy & Planning and Director of Transformation Leadership Team, where achievements include overseeing the Zale acquisition initiative and managing strategic sourcing for indirect materials and services. Prior to joining Signet, Frank served as Logistics Category Lead at Procurian and held various positions at FedEx Logistics and Schneider National, having begun a distinguished career as an Armor Officer in the US Army after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in General Engineering and later earning an MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University.
