Kathleen Johnson

Kathleen Johnson is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in leading design projects and teams across various industries. Currently serving as the UX Design Lead for Purchase at Signet Jewelers since October 2021, Kathleen has driven initiatives that achieved a 10% year-over-year increase in checkout starts on the e-commerce platform. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked at Express Scripts by Evernorth, where as a Senior Manager UX, leadership included mentoring a team while enhancing the pre-login user experience, and as a Senior UX Designer, Kathleen led significant redesign efforts for member websites and mobile applications. Earlier in the career, Kathleen operated as a Freelance Senior UX Designer, building compelling user experiences for diverse clients, and contributed to major projects at Amazon.com and PayScale.com, where Kathleen held positions as a Senior User Experience Designer and Creative Director, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of New Mexico.
